Dhananjay Kumar Singh (Founder)

Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Singh, the founding member of the firm, who completed his law studies from Delhi University in 1999 and possesses extensive experience in Corporate and Consumer Litigation for a period spanning over 20 years.

He started his practice with Mr. Ciccu Mukhopadhaya (one of the former partners of Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.) and has enormous expertise in documentation, arbitration, Securitisation and Recovery Laws.

Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Singh also possesses enormous knowledge and experience in matters related to Criminal procedure and has also served as a Special Public Prosecutor for the C.B.I. (Central Bureau of Investigation) from 02.02.2015 to 01.02.2018.

His knack of leading from the front and excellent oratory skills, has led him to the position of Honorary Secretary of DRT Bar Association, Delhi. He is an active member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association and other Bar Associations of Delhi. An avid networker, he has excellent rapport with regulators. He leverages his superb organizational ability for all delivery mandates at the Office.

He has established this firm with a unique vision and has been playing a crucial role in defining new standards of legal services in India. He firmly believes that education and qualitative research plays the major role in providing high standard services. In furtherance of this belief he continuously engages himself in various national & international training programs, seminars and professional courses. He possesses excellent oratory skills and is a regular speaker at various training sessions, workshops, seminars at various Law Collages, Bar Associations, Industrial Workshops and Government Organisations.
