Amit Mishra

Mr. Amit is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, Meerut College Meerut, C.C.S. University, Meerut in 2009 having extensive experience in litigation of over 10 years.

Mr. Amit started his practice with Hemant Chaudhri & Co., Law Firm, Defence Colony, New Delhi and have worked there from July 2009 to February 2012 as an associate Advocate.

He is having wide range of practice, having expertise over several fields of law. His practice particularly focusses on Civil laws such as Banking & Recovery Laws, Company Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Consumer Protection Laws, Rental Laws, Public Premises Eviction Law, Arbitration / Mediation & Reconciliation Laws, Succession / Guardianship Laws, Land Acquisition Laws and Labour Laws.

Additionally, Mr. Amit has a thorough understanding of matters of Criminal nature and has dealt several Criminal matters such as Bail matters, EOW (Economic Offences Wing) matters, CBI matters, Offences U/S 323, 354, 406, 417,420, 498-A & 376 of IPC & Sec. 13 of P.C Act, Criminal Complaint U/S 200, 156 (3) of Cr.
