Amrendra Singh (Senior Partner)

With more than 25 years of experience, Sh. Amrendra Singh is a practising advocate having expertise for conducting and managing wide spectrum of contentious civil, constitutional, criminal, corporate, banking, consumer and matrimonial litigations.

After completing his LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in 2000, he started his career in association with KNJ Partners. He has the experience of briefing and appearing along various senior advocates including Late Shri Arun Jaitley, Mr. Kapil Sibal, Mr. Salman Khurshid, Mr. Rakesh K. Khanna, Mr. Vikash Singh, Mr. Amit Sharma (elevated as Hon’ble Judge at High Court of Delhi) amongst others. During his litigation career of 24 years, he has represented both government and non-government organizations before various courts including Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, High Court of Patna, NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT among others.

He has vast experience in drafting of pleadings, executions, security documents, various agreements and has strong negotiation skills and the ability to perceive and analyze different situations from a new perspective.

In addition to various assignments, he has also acted in the capacity of Addl. Standing Counsel for Central Government and also as a Senior Arbitration Panel Counsel, appointed by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Union of India.
